How can I invest through my financial adviser?

Investors using a financial adviser can invest in the Swell Global Managed Portfolio, an unregistered managed investment scheme operated as a managed portfolio service by Mason Stevens Limited or in the Swell Global Portfolio (SWE001) ARSN 645 033 941, a non-unitised registered managed investment scheme offered by HUB24 Managed Portfolio Service.

Your financial adviser will manage the application process for you on either platform.

Administration fees

Mason Stevens as custodian and administrator of your account charges these fees (inclusive of GST): Administration fee based on net asset value: 0.275% p.a.         $0 – $500,000 0.220% p.a.         $500,000 – $1,000,000 0.00% p.a.           > $1,000,000 Account keeping fee: $165 p.a. Worked example performance fee calculation

Let’s say your investment was valued at $500,000 on 1 July 2019 and increased in value to $590,000 by 30 June 2020. The benchmark return was 8.60%, so the benchmark value is $543,000  =  ($500,000 x (1+8.60%)) The fee payable is $7,050.00  =  ($590,000-$543,000) x 15%
